When I take on new clients I constantly hear the same things over and over again. How they've tried multiple diets and workouts, but can't seem to get the results they desire.

"IVE DONE SO MANY 30 DAY-CHALLENGES STILL NO ABS WTF!!!"

They've spent hundreds even thousands of dollars  trying different supplements, shakes and fads to hopefully get closer to they're dream body.

Hours wasted in the gym throwing weights around without even knowing why, constantly reading about workouts that are too advanced or they simply don't know how to complete. Sometimes they just dont want to go to the gym.

I'm Dan, a normal guy that’s got quite a story. I live an average life spending most of my time out and about socialising.

I went from 175 kilos down to 82 kilos through diet and exercise, in only a couple of years.  
Based on over 6 years experience in the fitness industry, I have decided to start 1TeamHealth.

1TeamHealth is where people come to join a community and get the body of their dreams through health and fitness. We help members by providing coaching services that get results and make you feel comfortable in the skin you’re in.

Being able to connect with my clients on an emotional level is extremely important to me. By sharing my personal journey with them, it helps inspire others to not only reach their health and fitness goals, but to form a community and together tackle obesity!

It also gives my clients trusts that I know the roadblocks and hurdles they are going to experience along the way because like them I have also undergone a massive transformation.

I help my clients by providing them with tailored lifestyle and fitness plans specific to their goals. I hold all my clients accountable and ensure they stick to the plan. I do this for the MISSION.

My mission is to take Australia out of the top 40 overweight countries in the WORLD.
